#YesMDF - Terms and Conditions

You appreciate the Mobilier de France collections and share photos and videos on your social networks. We're very proud of this and would be delighted to share them more widely with our community and future customers.

Help us today to promote the brand's creative and innovative work by responding to our request with the hashtag #OuiMDF and tagging us with @mobilierdefrance.

You will thus allow us to use your photos and videos representing our products on the mobilierdefrance.com website, in our various emails, social networks, and all other digital or physical media.

All credits linked to your elements (social network and/or name) will be mentioned, allowing you to benefit in return from free advertising on our communication channels.

These photos and videos remain your property and you may withdraw your authorization at any time.

By accepting the #YesMDF terms and conditions, you grant Groupement Mobilier de France a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and share your photos and videos for communication purposes, including the right to reproduce, distribute, modify and edit your photos.
You declare that you own or control the rights to the elements you have submitted, as well as the authorization of all persons appearing in them.
If other products and/or brands are mentioned on your elements, we will also mention them when we share them. If they are not, they will not be mentioned, but we may subsequently add a mention at your request.

Withdrawal of authorization
To withdraw your authorization, simply send an e-mail to infoweb@mobilierdefrance.com specifying the items you no longer wish to be published. Your items will be removed from our digital channels within 14 days. If we have used one of your photos in a newsletter or on printed material, it will not be possible to withdraw it, but we undertake not to use it again in the future.

Welcome to our contributors, united in their passion for beautiful furniture and well-being.
