Our history
MOBILIER DE FRANCE RAISES ITS VOICE
At Mobilier de France, as with the jury of The Voice, design is a story of talent. Since 2021, the company has chosen to sponsor TF1's flagship show, which has been attracting millions of viewers for over 10 years. Our new episode, "Créateur Concepteur", highlights the brand's potential for innovation, based on the know-how behind numerous patents and the talent of designers specializing in home furnishings. It's also a reminder that all our models can be customized at will, in terms of dimensions, finishes and configurations.
A NEW VISUAL IDENTITY
The redesign of our logo initiated in 2020 is based on 3 key words: modernity, elegance, legibility. From its typography to its color, it is now the foundation of our visual identity. The stylized monogram that completes it is destined to become the brand symbol. While the square, a strong identity element in the history of Mobilier de France, has been retained, the tricolour has been replaced by a deep blue. Applied to the store fronts, this new charter makes our stores immediately identifiable.
A FAST-PACED EVENT
Sleek images, bold framing... For its 2019 "Rendez-vous du Style", Mobilier de France sets the tempo with a brand new TV spot. Beautiful atmospheres accompanied by original music, specially composed for the event. Among the stars of the film, you'll find some of the brand's most emblematic collections, such as the ALADIN corner sofa corner sofa or the ECLIPSE buffet sideboard, with its spectacular backlit front.
At the cutting edge of innovation
Eager to provide tailor-made answers to our customers, we are launching 2 innovations in 2019. Consumer trends are constantly evolving. Mobilier de France provides a tailor-made response by launching its Excellence Rental Pack with its 120-day satisfaction or exchange guarantee. Equipped with state-of-the-art 3D configurators, our advisors can instantly visualize our customization possibilities. In support of the launch of our new collection, the film "Les Rendez-vous du style" will punctuate the end of 2019.
Marking our difference
The new signature "la différence" marks the brand's determination to stand out as much for the wealth of its creations, its technological patents, as for real advances in its services. A case in point is the M card, designed in 2017 in partnership with Sofinco, with its palette of benefits and guarantees. New features for the website too (colorizer, favorites...) help to bring Internet users closer to their favorite stores.
A world of sensations
In 2014, Mobilier de France returned to TV with its "Sensations" film, reflecting the spirit of the brand. Following an audit by experts from Bureau Veritas Certification, the company was awarded the VeriSelect label, becoming the 1st furniture center and 5th national network to receive this professional distinction. Since then, the label has been successfully renewed, rewarding the quality of our services and our commitment to our franchisees.
The brand takes shape
Technological revolution in 2010 with the launch of a hyper-realistic 3D interior design software program, based on an exclusive library of modeled furniture and sofas. The website, redesigned as a showcase for the brand's expertise, features our new volume logo. 2012 sees the opening of our 1st international store (Algiers).
Always with the times
The slogan "Place aux idées d'aujourd'hui" ("A place for today's ideas") and the new, resolutely contemporary collections reflect the company's determination to keep up with the times. Created in 2004, the website was redesigned at the same time as the 5th edition of the catalog was published and the network exceeded 90 stores. 2008 saw Mobilier de France recognized by consumers for its quality and expertise in furniture and living space design.
Proud of your trust
The Mobilier de France network has expanded and now sports a new tricolor logo created in 1989. In response to the emergence of ethically unscrupulous brands, the signature "j'ai confiance" underlines our respect for the trade and for consumers. In 1994, Alain Boccara became owner of the Mobilier de France and Levitan groups, another jewel in the national furniture crown. Today, his son Patrice successfully succeeds him.
It all began in 1925
1925 saw the creation of the Mobilier de France group on the initiative of 6 associated dealers, in order to pool their purchases and thus obtain better conditions, offering their customers the best of furniture production at affordable prices. In 1962, the company's new logo, featuring a stylized rooster, the national symbol, brought it immediate recognition.
